Books I've read lately.

I love all seasons, but Autumn is my absolute favorite. I love dark evenings in my apartment, drink lots of tea, enjoy a good book or watch a movie / series on the couch or in the bed, hear rain on the window, and watch the nature change color. Everything about Autumn is wonderful. Lately I've been Reading some exciting books. It's been a while since I've shared what I've read. So here is a list I made. Blue Lily, Lily Blue & The raven king by Maggie Stiefvater. Blue Lily, Lily Blue (The Raven Cycle, #3)The Raven King (The Raven Cycle, #4) It's been a long time since I started The Raven Cycle series ( two or three years ago!?) and finally I finish the series. Yay! I love this book series so much, it's one of my favorite. I'm planning to do a book review of the entire series soon. The raven cycle is a paranormal/ fantasy series by Maggie Stiefvater. Every year, Blue stands next to her clairvoyant mother as the soon-to-be dead walk past. Blue herself never sees them, not until one year, when a boy emerges from the dark and speaks directly to her. This is a story about a family of psychic women, mythology of ley lines, the quest for a welsh king, friendship and love. One of the many reasons why I first started reading the series, was because of how much I love the Shiver trilogy many years ago. I love The raven cycle series so much and was hooked after the first book. I love our main character Blue and her family, everytime I read about other families with only women with psychic abilities or witches, I think about them. They will forever be in my hearts. And if you like beautiful love stories? Then this is also a fantastic for you. My two favorite OTP's is in this series. I'm so happy I finish it and I can't wait to read Call Down the Hawk, a series about Ronan ( one of the main characters from this series). Red, White & Royal BlueWhat If It's Us What if it's us by Becky Albertalli & Adam Silvera. I had read books by Becky and Adam before. I love them both as authors, but I was skeptical of them writing a book together. They really surprised me, in a good way. It's wonderful, heartwarming and beautiful. What if it's us is a story about two boys who meet at a Post Office in New York, Arthur and Ben. I love both their characters, they were different but fit well together. I'm also glad more LGBT books are out in the world, everyone deserves to find characters which is similar to themselves. Whether by orientation, gender or appearance. Red, white and royal blue by Casey McQuiston. This is a story about Alex Claremont, America's first son and how he fell in love with Henry, the Prince of Wales. I love this book so much. It was really funny, adorable and heartfelt. It did have a lot of sex scenes. Since this is new adult and not young adult. Usually I don't like sex scenes in books because I feel they are written very unrealistic, but I kind of like them. They where more romantic and funny. My heart really beat for Henry through the story. I did like Alex too. But I felt Henry needed a big and warm hug all the time <3 Zenith (The Androma Saga #1) I finish reading Zenith by Sasha Alsberg and Lindsay Cummings some days ago. I was very unsure if I would like it, but I bought the book anyway. Since I wanted to support them as authors. One of the main reason why I was skeptical was because of all the bad reviews on goodreads. I shouldn't have worried about it all. I really loved this book and I can't wait to read Nexus, the second book. Most know Androma as a powerful mercenary whose reign of terror stretches across the Mirabel Galaxy. To those aboard her glass starship, Maurauder, however, she’s just Andi, their friend and fearless leader. But when a routine mission goes awry, the Maurauder’s all-girl crew is tested as they find themselves in a treacherous situation- and at the mercy of a sadistic bounty hunter from Andi’s past. As the Maurauder hurtles towards the unknown, and Mirabel hangs in the balance, the only certainty is that in a galaxy run on lies and illusion, no one can be trusted ~ Goodreads
I love the friendship, the action scenes, the world and all the characters. I can't wait to visit the world again and see how it goes with all the characters. Perhaps the book isn't the must original I have read, I recognized a lot from other young adult and fantasy books , but it was things I really loved. So I didn't care that much. I think they did very well to be the first book Sasha have published and the first book they wrote together.
